The Saphira steam cleaner it has absolutely met our expectation delivering a superior amount steam and cleaning efficiency. Can I just say that dealing with Kat and Colin was an enjoyable experience where professionalism and knowledge was at the forefront.

We bought our Saphira C8, five months ago, when our previous steam-cleaner (a cheapie) died after a short time. We couldn’t be happier that we did. We bought the Deluxe option, which includes the steam iron, and the iron does the job magnificently. We are using the Saphira to steam-clean floors, bathroom tiles and our BBQ (amongst other things). The amount of steam it generates is amazing. OK, the Saphira is not cheap but, as they say, you get what you pay for. In our case, the money was certainly well spent (and it will last us a lot longer than our last steam-cleaner). Highly recommended (and the staff at Steam Australia is wonderful and extremely helpful).

I’ve had the Saphira C8 for about 18 months now that I use in our Queenslander home. It’s been such a timesaver for me for deep cleans, especially all the white window and door architraves and skirting boards which all have so many small grooves – previously had to clean all this detail with a toothbrush! It really pumps out the steam for the toughest jobs and the small brush accessories allow to easily get into the grooves. Very satisfying! I also want to commend Steam Australia and their customer service. When I first enquired, Colin phoned me to carefully explain how to use the machine and answer my many questions. Just this week I emailed a question on descaling – and once again, Colin jumped on the phone to personally explain what to do and how to tell if I needed to do this with our water. Highly recommend both the company and the Saphira C8!

Incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful staff with great customer service at Steam Australia. I purchased a Saphira C8 recently, a consumer version of their steam cleaners and it’s been great the few times I’ve used it so far. Well built and easy to use, I’ve been able to steam mop my engineered floorboards, clean tile grouts and clean my rangehood filtering meshes with very little effort (compared to using chemicals and lots of elbow grease with the rubbing and scrubbing).

I only wish the unit holds more water so I could refill less frequently and it would be great if it had a built-in power cable coil.

Compare to other steam cleaners like the Karchers this is definitely a massive step up in price but for me it was worth the quality of life improvement for the ease of use and extra pressure and temperature. For the money I expect it to last me a long time.

We are very happy with our steam cleaner, it is doing everything we hoped it would, and is very easy to use.

The Sv8d steam cleaner is used regularly for infections cleans, chairs, furniture, blinds, bathrooms, spot cleaning and many different areas throughout Norwest Private Hospital. After 6 months of constant use this machine has now become an essential part of our cleaning and hygiene program with fantastic results. Our male and female staff find the machine lightweight and very user friendly compared with other cleaning equipment. We absolutely love the fact that the machine can provide cleaning and sanitising all in one process. With the vacuum the end result is instantly clean and dry – exactly what we need.

The SV8d is a very effective tool in our aged care facility. We find it great for infection control throughout the entire premises. It’s easy to use and cleans in areas which are otherwise very difficult to clean in. It is also important that the surfaces are dried instantly after cleaning so this machine is perfect for us.

Our new SV8D is doing a great job! We’re using it to clean the bathrooms, beds, spot cleaning stains and the floors throughout our whole facility including both tiles and carpet. It’s fantastic for getting into tight places, sanitising surfaces and is very efficient.

The machine has been fantastic! We’re using it across the board in the hospital and it’s been perfect for addressing the new Health Department’s regulations. We really are lifting the standard across the board with hygiene and we’re already planning to purchase another machine.

The SV8D was quick to set up, easy to use and a very tidy unit compared to other cleaning machines. We use it on a daily basis to clean the tiles, patient rooms after discharge and the pool area.

We couldn’t manage without our machine. We’re using it to clean the bathrooms and dining rooms and it’s truly changed the way we clean. It saves time, removes grime and sanitises. The floors are dry when finished cleaning meaning the risk of people slipping is minimized.

The SV8D has been excellent. We’re using it to clean tiles, spot cleaning on carpet, removing mold and sanitizing the beds. It’s really quick and easy to use and dries quickly which is perfect in the busy hospital environment.

Our newly purchased SV8D steam vac machine is absolutely FANTASTIC!! We’ve found it’s particularly great for deodorising our rooms, cleaning curtains and refreshing carpets. Looking forward to seeing more fantastic results when steam cleaning furniture, windows and grout etc. Purchasing the SV8D steam vac is the BEST investment we’ve ever made for the facility and comfort of our residence. Just a quick note to let you know that our machines are going great, we are constantly amazed by what they can do. We had our managers here from head office last week who we did a demo for and they were very impressed. We would now like to purchase a third machine.

I work at Autumn Lodge aged facility in Armidale NSW. I use the SV8D steam cleaner daily It’s the best machine for spot cleaning stains off carpets,I also use it for cleaning windows, steam cleaning curtains and cleaning bathrooms from top to bottom. Every facility should have one.

I’ve used the SV8d steam cleaner on so many areas throughout our rural property and I think it’s the best product I’ve ever purchased!!

I have very large floor areas which had about 60 years of grime built into it. I couldn’t imagine any other method that could give a better result. It’s really done beautiful job. I used the detergent injection to help with the heavy build up areas.
Following the initial deep clean, I hardly used any detergent at all as the power of the steam and vacuum was enough to keep it fresh and clean.
I’ve also used the machine to steam and vacuum walls, stove, toilets, and bedding all with excellent results.
The added detergent function made a huge difference to my upholstery, yet it still left them dry enough to sit on immediately.

I couldn’t recommend this machine highly enough.

I bought an SV8D for home use around 8 years ago. It is one of the best decisions I have made. The machine gets used for everything from cleaning floors, windows showers etc. Refreshing pillows, doonas. Steam upholstery clothing and shoes the uses are endless. The best thing is that in all the time I have owned it, it has never let me down. It is properly maintained after use and has never broken down. The people at steam Australia and Victoria are fantastic to deal with, always ready to help and advise. Now I find there are new attachments to fit. Unlike other brands that don’t have interchangeable parts. I believe I have saved the cost of the machine over the years by not having to buy endless cleaning products. Well done steam Australia!!!

We have 58 apartments between 24-45 square meters each and the Jupiter is coming in handy with every square inch, deep cleaning and sanitising mattresses, grout, tiles, bathrooms, windows, toilets, carpet, walls, ceilings and the list goes on. Everything is gleaming. With the real grubby areas, we pre-brush first then steam clean and the grout and tiles come up as new. I have my 12 members of staff constantly fighting over who’s going to use the machine. Our staff fight over our machine!

My team are extremely happy with the Steamer and use it on a daily basis with zero issues. Everything from the pressure, to the noise to the degreaser is perfect.
